Join us for a special training, created for increasing our understanding of what it means to live as complex. This training is for individuals 16 and up who live with neurological, cognitive and mental health differences. People with multiple disabilities or differences will be celebrated, including those who are wired to be more sensitive.
Objectives:
1) Introduction to the strengths of living with complex differences
2) Understanding how common being complex is and finding ways to thrive with the challenges
3) Learning skills you can use right away to adapt your environments and to thrive
4) Working within limited resources to maximize our well-being
5) Providing practical tools customized to the needs of being complex
6) Building on our strengths and giving a variety of resources for continued growth and learning.
