Group Therapy for Caregivers of Sensitive Kids

Inspire is launching a free group therapy online to support caregivers of sensitive or complex children cope with the COVID-19 pandemic. These sessions will allow caregivers to share fears, concerns and receive problem solving support on the biggest topics in managing at home. Join us to receive care, right at home. Other supports are also available, including individual support, webinars, and downloadable resources.

Agenda:
– Introduction and Welcome
– Discussion of coping strategies to help manage at home
–  Answering questions and offering support
– Wrap up

Because of limited room, it is first come first served. Additional groups will be made to accommodate larger numbers.
