Join us in an honest conversation on how to talk about feelings with our kids and deal with the feelings they are having in these uncertain times. Feelings can be scary and sticky for adults to talk about, it can be even scarier for our kids. We want to help give names to those feelings, help adults find ways to help their kids, and give practical tips and tricks to help along the way. There will be an opportunity for participants to ask questions to the facilitators through private chat.
Objectives:
1) Help kids know their feelings
2) Allow safe adults to talk with kids about feelings
3) Learning tools you can use immediately to help kids understand their feelings
4) Learning tools to help kids feel calm
