Family Mental Wellness Festival 2023
Assiniboine Park 55 Pavilion Crescent, WinnipegThis free event brings Winnipeggers together to raise awareness of mental illness, lower stigma surrounding those affected and encourage our community to celebrate each other and their own experiences. Registration is not required, all community members are welcome to attend. This vibrant event is appropriate for all ages, with family entertainment including family yoga, a mental health and resource village, guest speakers and live musical and dance performances.
Following the Festival, we are planning a unique mental health and mentorship event for youth and their caregivers. The Youth Mental Wellness Party takes place from 6:00-8:00pm. Live performances from local musicians and dance groups invite young adult positive role models to attend and interact with local youth. Organizations are welcome to stay to enjoy the Youth Mental Wellness Party festivities at no cost.
