It’s that time of year, when the hustle and bustle can become overwhelming.
If you’re like me, you might become extra attached to your phone or electronic device (It’s not only me, right?!). As I feel the pressure get higher and the stress affect my body in different ways, I like to slow down with my kids. Get back to cuddles, or sitting close to play a game, movie night and extra long tuck ins…maybe I even fall asleep at 7:30pm.
Oh that Self-care
When creating time for coming back to my breath or doing self-care is the last thing on our minds, this is when we need it most. Take time for you this holiday season. You are a gift to this world, and it’s important that we can each see that in ourselves from time to time.
From my family to yours, I wish you the very best this holiday season has to bring: family, friends, generosity, and delicious food.
Maybe even hide under the tree. It’s pretty great under there.
