Autumn has a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Psychology and a minor in Philosophy from the University of Manitoba. She has significant experience working with youth and young adults as a Respite Worker, Soccer Coach, Child Care Assistant, and as a Youth Care Practitioner. Currently, she is a Policy Analyst with the Manitoba government. Autumn is passionate about social work and working with youth from all backgrounds, and is looking forward to continuing to support youth & families with Inspire. Being understanding, patient, non-judgemental, and committed to continuous learning are a few of the ways she fosters meaningful relationships with youth as she works with them. She enjoys spending her free time outdoors with friends, family and her dogs.
