Carly Moore, MSW
Outreach Worker
Brief info
Carly has a Master of Social Work from the University of Manitoba, with an interest in advocacy, accessibility, service navigation, and supports for individuals and families living with neurodevelopmental disabilities. She has experience in non-profit outreach, program coordination and leadership, and a well-rounded understanding of our disability, mental health, substance use, and child welfare services and systems.
Carly uses an anti-oppressive, strengths-based, disability-affirming, and harm reduction approach. Carly has a non-judgemental, easygoing personality, and often relates well with diverse people through humour and her own lived experience as a neurodivergent person and parent.
During the weekdays, Carly is a social policy analyst. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, snuggling with her cats, live music, crafting, anything Disney Pixar, and travelling.
