Don is a communication, administrative, project management, and governance professional with over a decade of experience supporting the board and the top management while managing the CEO's office of Allianz Saudi Fransi.

He moved to Winnipeg with his family to pursue Public Relations, Marketing, and Strategic Communications postgraduate program at The University of Winnipeg - Professional, Applied, and Continuing Education. He has a bachelor’s degree in Human Ecology from the University of the Philippines Los Baños.

His passion to give back to the community is driven by his son’s challenging experience dealing with ADHD and PDD-NOS. During his free time, he plays basketball with his son and swims with his family.
