This program was designed for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders and Sensory Processing Disorders. It provides a sensory safe space for parents and children to actively participate in a child-centered and flexible creative movement experience.

Celebrate your strength by marching with your friends and family. The 2nd Annual Winnipeg March for Mental Health intends to raise public awareness of how common mental illness is, to normalize and validate the experiences of those people who struggle with mental differences or challenges, and to underscore the truth that no one is defined by their mental illness.
