Roland is a nationally certified recovery coach. He has years of lived experience and experience supporting people who are struggling. Roland has spent his life battling anxiety, depression and PTSD. He has been 11 years sober and free from drugs and alcohol. Roland has been the owner/operator of a specialized youth foster treatment home as well as running a CLDS home caring for adults with disabilities. He has served on the board of directors and is moving into the role of president for the Red Road Lodge homeless recovery mission.
Roland is a speaker and community leader and has spoken at over 700 venues all over Canada and the United States. He has also appeared in several documentaries and talk shows. He is the author of the book “Off the Ropes, My Story”. He has since reopened a men’s second stage sober living/recovery home called “Breaking the Chain Inc.”. Roland is also in the process of developing an independent living facility for older teens who are aging out of care.
