"To call myself an ally, I need to first march beside you." With a background in Psychology, Social Work and Philosophy, Tim lives by and advocates for relational and strength-based practices. With experience working as a respite provider, attendant and support worker, Tim learned how to support folks with different abilities and co-create purposes and plans with the folks. Being a person of different abilities and expansive gender, Tim has the curiosity and capacity to take time getting to know individuals and their support networks and to build compassion and comradery based on common ground.
