In order to be eligible you have to have BOTH a modest income and simple tax. Below are the eligibility requirements taken from their website:

- If you are eligible, you can register for the service using Inspire’s online registration form.
- Once we receive your application, Inspire will email you the Tax package with the documents that you will need to fill out. This will include:

- Application Form
- Supplementary tax information and documents
- Drop off sheet questionnaire
- Legal sized envelope with your first and last name and labeled with “Taxes for Families- Inspire”

- Once you have filled out the required documents stated above, you will have to drop off the forms at the drop off location by Wednesday, May. 27th, 2020.

- The drop off location will be the front desk at Macdonald Youth Services (MYS) located at 175 Mayfair Avenue, Winnipeg, MB.
- Please remember to label your envelope with “Taxes for Families- Inspire”.

- A volunteer with the Community Volunteer Income Tax Program (CVITP) will pick the packages up after this date.
- The CVITP will file your taxes and will drop the completed packages off at MYS when they are completed.
- You will receive an email from Inspire when you are able to pick up the completed tax package from MYS.
