Last year, the Winnipeg March for Mental Health hosted over 1000 people. Our event this year is designed to be even more family friendly, celebrating our strengths, raising awareness and lowering the stigma that surrounds mental illness and differences. Inspire Community Outreach Inc. encourages all members of our community to celebrate themselves and their own experiences with mental health.

The Family Mental Wellness Festival is open to the public. Registration is not required for enjoying the celebration or attending the live performances. Organizers are planning a vibrant event appropriate for all ages, with guest speakers, live musical and dance performances, children’s entertainment, local artisan vendors, and representatives of local mental health programs and other resource organizations.

The Family Mental Wellness Festival is geared to initiate real change for Winnipeggers. We hope that you will be able to aid us in our efforts.
