She facilitates, teaches & guides various groups of parents & youth within our various programs & supports curriculum development.

Co-Chair-Lyndsay is a practicing chiropractor with a specific focus on pediatric and peri-natal care. Her family practice connected her to many families with neuro-diverse needs. Treasurer - Cara has extensive financial experience through working to support community within the insurance world. She has been personally touched by mental health concerns and the impact on a family.
Linda Lamoureaux, BSW
Secretary - Linda has numerous years of creating meaningful change within families and community by walking alongside families who have children feeling disconnected from school, enabling reconnection through collaboration.
Kira Regan, MA
Member at large and consultant- Kira is a licensed psychotherapist practicing with youth and families at the Aulneau Renewal Centre in Winnipeg, MB. She is passionate about providing gold-standard support to her clients, with her approaches to conducting research and clinical practice being grounded in evidence. Supporting the community and contributing to capacity-building and social justice initiatives are deeply important to her, and she is grateful to be a board member with Inspire Community Outreach.
Sheryl Ferguson MMFT
Consultant and Member- Sheryl Ferguson received her Masters of Marriage and Family therapy from Aurora Family Therapy Centre. She has vast experience in working in treatment centres and works with high risk youth who experience complex trauma and lifestyle issues resulting in the need for crisis intervention techniques that deal with a wide range of complex issues. Sheryl is registered as a clinical member with the American and Canadian Marriage and Family Therapy Association.

Rachel Fair, BN,RN., BA
Board Member- Rachel Fair is an Indigenous nurse from Shoal Lake #40, Ontario. She has a Bachelors of Nursing degree and a Bachelors of Arts degree with focus on Indigenous Studies acquired from the University of Manitoba. Rachel works in many capacities for the Jordan’s Principle Initiative addressing systemic issues, social determinants of health and the lack of accessibility to health, wellness and social services. Her goal as a B.N., R.N., has always been to be an active listener, educator and an instrumental member of the Indigenous community.

Melissa Kendrick, Disability and Community Support Worker Diploma
Member at large (fundraising)- Melissa is a parent of a child who is neuro diverse. She has always been passionate about providing support to individuals with additional needs. Melissa enjoys being a member of Inspire Community Outreach and assisting with fundraising.
