Join us for a presentation by Leslie Roer, Certified Physiotherapist, with Yoga lead by our founder, Mental Health and Disability Specialist, Angela Taylor, BA, PBED, MA.

 

Where: 175 Mayfiar Ave

Cost: FREE or $30 to include a kit of NEW yoga block, yoga mat (used) resources and NEW professional grade bolster.

Snacks and refreshments will be served.
